JESS FORSHEE (they/them)

Jess (they/them) is Michigan's 2024 Top Clinical Hypnotherapist of the Year—though they’d be the first to humbly wave it off. As a neurodivergent clinician, Jess brings a unique blend of sharp intellect, heartfelt compassion, and a pinch of playful humor to their work. They specialize in guiding queer, trans, and other marginalized folx toward healing, self-discovery, and holistic well-being.

With roots in the corporate world, Jess knows firsthand the pressures of modern life and how those pressures disproportionately affect marginalized communities. Their journey from high-stakes deadlines to a life rooted in mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and transformational healing has been nothing short of revolutionary. Inspired by this personal growth, Jess has made it their mission to hold space for others to rewrite their own narratives.

At the core of Jess’s practice is the belief that authenticity begins within. They skillfully guide individuals and teams in auditing belief systems, challenging societal norms, and shedding the limiting stories that no longer serve them.
